Elias Bitar

Founder & CEO

With 39 years of martial arts, physical education, combatives and tactical training, Elias Bitar is one of the most credentialed combat instructors in the Arab world. A serving Lebanese Municipality Police Officer since 1995, he has trained police, military and civilian professionals across Lebanon, Bahrain, Italy, Serbia, USA, Egypt, Bulgaria, Spain, UAE, Jordan and Turkey. He holds 5 Black Belts in Wushu & Kung-fu, an International Black Belt in MMA, 5th Dan from the International Black Belt Association (USA), a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Checkmat International team), and is a certified 1st Degree Instructor in MMA, Sanda & Chin-na, and Self-Defense. He serves as an International Judge & Referee for the Association of Boxing Commissions (USA, 2015) and the International Wushu Federation (China, 2018). His tactical credentials include PSD High-Risk Area (EBSSA Serbia), HECPO, PMC (ESA Poland), International Combined Firearms Instructor ISO 18788 (GEITS 2022–2024), PDS International Bodyguard Level 4 Highfield Accreditation, and multiple UN Department of Safety & Security certifications. A decorated MMA and Wrestling Champion, he is also a certified Tactical Urban Rappelling expert — leading some of Kital System's most demanding vertical and high-risk environment courses. His credentials span close protection, tactical combatives, firearms operations, personal security details, and hostile environment training. As General Manager, he drives Kital System's international expansion, course standards, and operational excellence across all 10+ countries. The first point of contact for registrations, private training, and institutional partnerships — Baaklini ensures every student gets the best experience from enrollment to graduation.
